Smoked Salmon Quiche

Chop 2 spring onions and a garlic clove, speed 6 for 4 seconds. Add 8 eggs, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of milk and stir for 5 seconds on speed 4. Pour into a round silicone mould that fits in your varoma and add some sliced cherry tomatoes, then steam for 20 minutes.  You could also cook this in the oven, add cheese, herbs, ham, whatever you like, or use small silicone cup cake moulds for individual quiches.  Top with the smoked salmon and capers once set.
