My husband lost 22kg in 12 weeks with Thermomix, and along the way rekindled my appreciation and amazement for this awesome machine. I then became a consultant, in the hope of helping others to get a Thermomix in their kitchen and enjoying the all the benefits that come with owning a Thermomix. Smoked Salmon Quiche
Chop 2 spring onions and a garlic clove, speed 6 for 4 seconds. Add 8 eggs, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of milk and stir for 5 seconds on speed 4. Pour into a round silicone mould that fits in your varoma and add some sliced cherry tomatoes, then steam for 20 minutes. You could also cook this in the oven, add cheese, herbs, ham, whatever you like, or use small silicone cup cake moulds for individual quiches. Top with the smoked salmon and capers once set.
